Refunds

If ShotJar isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full. No reason needed, no questions asked.

How to ask

Either of these works:

• Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number (it is on your receipt). One line is enough.
• Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. It reaches the same place.

You don't need to uninstall anything first or prove anything.

What happens next

• We issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, which sold you the license, as soon as we read your message. It goes back to the card or account you paid with; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• Your license key is deactivated. ShotJar will notice the next time it starts and go back to asking for a license. Your screenshots are not touched: ShotJar never moves, edits or deletes them.

The 14-day free trial is the full app, with nothing locked. It is the best way to find out whether ShotJar fits the way you work.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or withdrawal rights the law gives you where you live (for example in the EU or UK), and does not reduce them. It forms part of the license terms.
